Can You Replicate Ozempic & Wegovy using Hypnosis?

Imagine approaching each day knowing that you’re going to eat exactly what your body needs for nourishment.
Imagine being totally in control of what you eat.
Imagine eating only foods you enjoy, eating until you are full and then stopping.
Imagine losing weight by doing this.
This was my dream 18 months ago when I started work on my The Real Me Weight Reduction programme.
My question to myself was can I replicate Ozempic and Wegovy and suppress my appetite using hypnosis?
The answer is YES
And NO.
The Real Me programmes I set up have now been running for over 18 months. I personally have lost 35lbs using my hypnosis based course and my clients have lost up to 5 stones so far.
The hypnotic semaglutide ® weight loss “jab” is extremely popular in helping people lost in the dieting cycle to re/discover their hunger levels and the exercise works by suggesting and then embedding a belief and expectation that our appetite is suppressed and our digestion slowed.
Then each mealtime we act as a “curious scientist” asking ourselves “Am I full yet?”, noticing how little food it takes to be actually full and then stopping.
It works.
The average weight loss over the past 18 months for people taking the 4 week course is 10lbs.
However, where the hypnotic weight loss “jab” differs enormously from the actual drugs is in accountability.
With Ozempic and Wegovy and other weight loss drugs once they are administered no further commitment is needed. The drug suppresses the appetite and, if you are able to cope with the side effects and tolerate the drug well, you will eat far less and therefore lose weight.
With hypnotic semaglutide ® the onus is on you to practise eating mindfully, learn and check in with your hunger levels and practise and embed the hypnotherapy exercises. It is a case of taking back control but with control comes accountability.
You make it work for you. You are responsible for your success. You learn about the mind/body connection and learn to trust your body again. You learn how to eat, what to eat and most importantly start to dissect why you overeat and put strategies in place to address and heal that.
This can be challenging for someone who has spent years and years believing that dieting is the only way to lose weight, but this works.
The beauty of hypnotic semaglutide ® is that we go much further than just suppressing appetite. Years of being a yo-yo dieter taught me that to be a long term success my whole way of thinking around food needed to change. I needed to change and heal my relationship with food.
The hypnotic semaglutide ® appetite suppressant is core to the Real Me Weight Reduction programmes, but there are other hypnotic appetite suppressants we use in the weight reduction programmes too and finding the one that will help you best with your weight loss journey is one of the most intriguing parts of hypnotic weight loss.
With the Ozempic and Wegovy, many people experience side effects which we do not with the hypnotic version. Also the weight gain after stopping taking the actual drugs is avoided with the hypnotic version - as we have retrained our relationship with food and no longer go back to bad habits. Or if we do, we have the tools to change that in a very short while.
