Singing has been at the heart of my life for over 35 years.

As a professional singer, I have had the privilege of performing, studying and exploring the extraordinary possibilities of the human voice.

My own journey as a singer continues to inspire the work I do with others  because I believe we never stop discovering new depths in our voices.

For me, singing is not simply about producing beautiful sound.

It is about communication, emotion, connection and telling stories that move people.

My experience as a performer shapes everything I do.

When I guide singers through their own journeys, I bring not only technical knowledge, but an understanding of:

• how to build confidence as a performer
• how to connect with repertoire
• how to express yourself authentically
• how to develop a voice that feels free and natural

I believe every voice is unique, and the goal is never to create a copy of someone else. 

It is to help you discover your own.

Every voice has the potential to flourish. 

I believe that every person has a unique voice waiting to be discovered.

Developing that voice is not about becoming someone else or striving for perfection. It is about uncovering your natural sound, building healthy technique and finding the confidence to express yourself with freedom and authenticity.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that great singing combines technical excellence with genuine communication. As your technique becomes more secure, your confidence grows, allowing artistry and expression to emerge naturally.

Rather than simply teaching people how to sing, I guide them to understand why their voice works in the way it does. This creates lasting confidence, independence and a deeper connection with their own instrument.

My own approach has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to learning. For more than 25 years, I have continued my own vocal studies with Janice Chapman, one of the world’s leading singing teachers, believing that true artistry is never a destination but an ongoing journey of curiosity, refinement and discovery.

Alongside my performance career and many years of working with singers, this continuing study has given me a deep understanding of how voices develop—not only technically, but artistically and personally. It reminds me that every singer, whatever their experience, deserves expert guidance, encouragement and the freedom to grow at their own pace.

No two voices are the same.

Every singer brings their own experiences, personality and aspirations, and my role is to help each person discover the fullest potential of their own unique voice.

Because when technique, confidence and artistry come together, singing becomes more than something you do.

It becomes a way of expressing who you truly are.
