Meet Julie Bale 

Julie’s career as an opera singer and concert performer has seen her  perform music from Bach to Wagner all over the UK. She has performed extensively on the concert platform throughout the UK and is in demand to perform major Choral works such as Verdi’s Requiem, Brahms Requiem, Carmina Burana and Vaughan Williams Dona Nobis Pacem.

On the operatic stage her highlights include Leonore Fidelio  for  OperaHerts and Dorset Opera (cover) and Musetta La Bohème. She sang Helmwige Die Walküre for Berwick Festival Opera, conductor Peter Selwyn. Other operatic highlights have included Alice Ford Falstaff, Donna Anna Don Giovanni and Leonora Il Trovatore. 

She is a renowned teacher of singing as well as a Choral Conductor and studies singing and vocal pedagogy with the eminent professor Janice Chapman. 

In 2022 she founded Hypnotherapy For Performance using her skills as a Clinical Hypnotherapist to help singers crippled with anxiety to achieve their optimum performances. In 2025 she created the origianl Diva Programme | From First Note to Final Curtain.
